POLYHARD:

Special Features:

• Organic polymeric compound of high molecular weight, can be used as a quenching media for surface hardening of steel and cast iron.
• Efficiently avoids any risks of cracks due to high molecular weights of the organic compound chosen
• Excellent thermal, chemical and biological stability
• Excellent surface hardening character
• Aqueous base, hence totally non-inflammable
• Does not contain nitrites, phenols etc.
• Excellent corrosion inhibition properties

Dilution:

• The concentration of the bath is to be maintained between 5% - 15% depending on the type of steel which is to be quenched.

Applications:

• Induction Hardening
